Scott, I just wanted to tell you how thankful I am to have been defended by an attorney of your caliber, competence, ability and qualifications. The complete and total relief that I felt when the decision was rendered was unbelievable. I have read and assimilated every newspaper article that was even remotely related to DUI, OUI, etc. that has been in the papers in the past several weeks and much to my gratification, no longer felt tied in knots. The shear number of cases throughout the country is astronomical. I watch some of those Law & Order type shows every now and then and I smile inwardly every time I see them. I think of how much of the outcome of the case was actually in the hands of the defense lawyer, by winning points of debate, by simple statements that are so pertinent, by the people on the jury, by small pauses in action and conversation. So many things can cause decisions to swing either way. You are an artiste!! Bottom line Scott, I am so grateful for what you did and by the skillful way you achieved our goal. I know there are a lot of bad things said about lawyers in general. What you have done is raise my opinion highly.
