After suffering from an injury due to the negligence of a employee at a hardware store, I dreaded the very thought of going through the process of submitting a claim. There were many uncertain possibilities in my mind in regards to the direction of my claim and how far it could possibly go. Scott was aware of my desire in keeping things fair and simple. He was friendly, at the same time very professional and efficient, easing any worry I experienced about my claim.
